In my practice in Beirut and Dubai, simulations are part of every rhinoplasty consultation. Sure, they take time; yes, there is a lot of back and forth between me and the patient. Is it worth it? Absolutely. They help me refine my surgical plan and help patients feel confident about their choices. When surgeon and patient share the same visual reference, the journey from consultation to recovery becomes clearer, more transparent, and ultimately more satisfying.
